About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Long Term and Unscheduled Care Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient and high-quality medical records service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the storage, retrieval, and maintenance of patient health records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Input data and manage appointments on our electronic patient administration system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient and staff queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, or NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
