At Oakleaf Partnership, we are seeking a skilled Reward Strategy Specialist to support the design and implementation of our reward and benefits strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and promote employee engagement.

This role will involve supporting the end-to-end processes for annual performance, salary, and bonus reviews, ensuring smooth scheduling, planning, and tracking. You will create, manage, and analyze performance data, compensation models, and calibration materials, presenting recommendations for senior leadership review.

Additionally, you will ensure full compliance with regulatory compensation requirements, including Gender Pay Gap and other mandated disclosures, while supporting the development of future pay gap analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or Reward within financial or professional services, with solid experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with HR systems (ideally Workday), and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau are essential. Experience with share database administration and knowledge of FCA Conduct Rules will be highly beneficial.
