About the Role
">We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Support Worker. The role will involve providing person-centered support to people with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Providing support with personal care needs, including hygiene and dressing
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household management
- Facilitating engagement in leisure activities and hobbies
- Accompanying individuals on outings and appointments within the community
Essential Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and understanding, and have experience working with people with learning disabilities. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a small team and be flexible with regards to working hours, which may include weekends and sleep-in shifts.
">What We Offer
">As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,088 per annum (pro rata), plus excellent benefits, including a £500 onboarding payment, 28 days' holiday (increasing with long service), DBS funding, private health care, and access to a range of rewards and benefits.
