You will be accountable for:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and promote positive health.
  • Providing expert guidance on physical health assessments and shared care medication monitoring.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • First Level Registered Nurse RNMH, RMN, or OT qualification.

Estimated annual salary: £38,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
