Warehouse Team Leader

Managing the daily work plan.
- Resource planning to maximise efficiency and ensure operational success
- Manage the safe loading of finished product and associated documentation
- Adherence to stock management systems.
- Managing and organising daily picking requirements from internal customers using the WMS with a hands-on approach.
- Monitoring accuracy and organisation during unloading/inspection of all inbound goods/returned product using the WMS where applicable.
- Assisting Logistics with resources and support.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal customers.
- Daily liaison with Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to monitor and improve processes.
- Assist with any Warehouse function required at Kendal Fell.
- Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
- Assisting in employee training, development and engagement.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Excellent personnel management and communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety controls
- Proactive with an eye for problem solving and continuous improvement
- Knowledge and operation of WMS systems
- Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft office
- Driving licence, Willing to attain FLT certs - Essential
- FLT Certs - Desirable
