Occupational Therapy Liaison

">We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Liaison to join our team at Ann House in Kendal. As an Occupation and Wellbeing Associate, you will play a vital role in developing links with the local community to support service users engage in community-based activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Occupational Therapy team to achieve a long-term goal: assisting service users to move into more independent living settings. You will assist service users in group and 1-to-1 settings to develop skills and routines, creating individual plans to promote independence and positive physical and mental wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who can provide care and support to 16 adults, working 40 hours a week at Ann House, a Learning Disability and Autism service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
About the Role
">This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
