Psychological Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled Psychological Therapist to contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults in our care.


About the Position:
  • This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible hours (up to 52 weeks per year).
  • The role involves working across three adult residential homes in South Cumbria, with some travel required.
  • You will be joining a well-established clinical team, facilitating multi-disciplinary working with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Assistant Psychologists.

Your Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Substantial experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.
  • Excellent data management skills, with experience collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

Essential Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
