At Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children and young people.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader who can provide guidance, support, and boundaries to our residents in a safe and stable environment. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care meets regulatory standards and that our residents receive the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent and a minimum of two years' experience working within Children's residential care. Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding and Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement effective care plans for each resident.
  • Communication and Liaison: Maintain open and effective communication with senior management, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
