Interim Head of HR Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to join our client's team on an ongoing basis. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for the oversight and strategy management of the People Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the People Strategy across the wider business
  • Lead on organisational development across Change, Talent, L&D & Rewards
  • Create and execute a workforce plan in line with the business strategy to include succession planning and strategic hires at senior level
  • Monitor and measure insights across a number of deliverables including labour costs, engagement, sickness absence and talent attraction/retention/attrition
  • Create a culture-change plan for the business, working closely with Senior Management on embedding the plan
  • Establish strong relationships across the Senior Leadership team to create an environment of high performance, trust and openness
  • Offer professional expertise and counsel across the board on a number of HR issues
