Job Title: Interim Head of HR

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to join a leading SME private equity firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the HR function, including compensation and reward, policies and procedures, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish compensation and reward schemes for financial services roles
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Engage with agencies and search firms to hire talent
  • Manage HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, reporting to C-Suite level
  • Experience in private equity or venture capital firms is preferred
  • Ability to establish and grow HR functions from scratch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
