We are seeking a Targeted Intervention Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. This role focuses on supporting young people who are at risk of offending, experiencing poor life chances, or involved in the criminal justice system.

Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people and their families to create positive outcomes. As a Targeted Intervention Coordinator, you will supervise and work with young people in various settings, aiming to reduce the risk of offending and harm to others.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver individual and group programmes to support young people's personal and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work with young people, using electronic recording systems as required.
  • Collaborate with statutory and voluntary partners to offer positive opportunities for young people.
  • Advocate for young people in multiple settings, representing their interests and needs.
  • Support families to address areas of concern and help integrate them into mainstream services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or similar level qualification in an area related to working with young people or offenders.
  • Experience working with young people and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to service development.

Salary: £35,000 per year (inclusive of holiday pay).

Working Hours: 35 hours per week.

Contract Type: Initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension after this.
