Behaviour and Attendance Coordinator for Students

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Behaviour and Attendance Coordinator to join our team at an SEN school in the Crosby area. As a key member of the school's pastoral team, you will play a vital role in improving student behavior, attendance, and overall well-being.

Main Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for students requiring pastoral support.
  • Oversee behaviour and attendance concerns, developing and implementing strategies to ensure positive student outcomes.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure effective support for students.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes.
