We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Professional to join our team at Tripod Partners, focusing on supporting Early Help interventions with Children and Families across Liverpool. This challenging yet rewarding role offers an estimated annual salary of around 35,000.

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering early help interventions to prevent family breakdown, address emotional and behavioral difficulties, and mitigate the effects of neglect, domestic abuse, and other adverse experiences. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to the well-being and safety of vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of children and families to develop targeted support plans.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure coordinated support services.
  • Provide direct support to children and families, incorporating counseling, therapy, and practical assistance.
  • Act as a strong advocate for children and families, securing necessary resources and support.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience working with children and families
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
