Job Description

Liverpool Early Help requires a dedicated social worker to support the delivery of high-quality Early Help interventions across the city. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing the needs of children and families, promoting positive outcomes and preventing escalation of issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • conducting assessments and developing intervention plans in collaboration with service users and stakeholders
  • providing guidance and support to families, promoting empowerment and independence
  • liaising with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Salary and Benefits
