About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registrar's Office Coordinator to join our team at the British Library. As a key member of the office, you will play a crucial role in arranging inward and outward loans for exhibitions in the UK and abroad.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibition logistics, including loan arrangements and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in loans management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of loans regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
