About the Role

King's Business School is a leading academic institution that fosters innovation and collaboration. As a Graduate Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by coordinating and managing diaries for cross-functional projects and providing administrative assistance to various leadership meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure seamless collaboration between teams
  • Provide administrative support for high-level meetings, including the School's Advisory Council and External Relations Committee
  • Develop proficiency in using the School's CRM system and PowerBI to access management information and provide insights to functional leads
  • Maintain accurate records of internal and external relationships within the CRM system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems
  • Project management experience or qualifications, with a focus on coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Working with Us

We offer a full-time position on an indefinite contract, with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary is commensurate with industry standards and reflects the importance of this role in supporting our business operations.
