We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Expert to join our team at Office Angels in London. As an Interim ER Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing professional advice and guidance on employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities include managing complex ER casework, including employment tribunals and queries related to sickness absence, disciplinary issues, grievances, bullying, harassment, and capability. You will also provide clear and effective advice to managers and leaders on employee relations matters.

The successful candidate will have experience with ER cases for a large volume of contingent workers and a strong focus on fairness, compliance, and an inclusive culture. A competitive salary package of £215-£250/day, depending on experience, is offered for this temporary contract that may become permanent.
