Employee Relations Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month contract. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the people strategy and delivering employee lifecycle operations.
You will advise managers on employee relations cases, including policy, process, and employee relations, to proactively manage and mitigate risks.
In collaboration with HR Business Partners, you will identify trends through analysis and develop proactive solutions to enhance the employee experience.
This role also involves supporting the delivery of people projects, reviewing and updating HR policies and processes, and providing administrative support.
The annual salary for this position is estimated at £50,000, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
