We are seeking an Employee Relations Lead to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. This role will play a crucial part in providing professional advice and guidance on employee relations issues across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex ER casework, including employment tribunals and queries related to sickness absence, disciplinary issues, grievances, bullying, harassment, and capability.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide clear and effective advice to managers and leaders on employee relations matters
- Manage all complex ER casework, collaborating with various stakeholders
- Support the day-to-day operational management of ER issues across the organisation
