Employee Relations Specialist - Victoria, London

Key Responsibilities:

Manage disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes, while supporting team members in effectively handling these tasks.
Provide coaching and advice to group heads, team leaders, and managers on employee relations issues and policies.
Collaborate with the Director of People & Development to lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business objectives.Apply now for immediate consideration
