Harrow Council seeks an experienced Corporate HR Advisor to provide high-quality employee relations services in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting people initiatives and programmes, operating independently to ensure knowledge is up-to-date with policy changes and best practices.

Key responsibilities include managing employee relations issues in a timely and consistent manner, dealing with complex and contentious matters requiring strong advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, ability to operate and empathise with stakeholders and senior managers, and have knowledge of the public sector including key drivers for change.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

This role requires a degree and/or CIPD or equivalent professional body qualified or relevant work experience. Interviews will be held on a specified date. Please note that this role involves working in a large organisation with multiple programmes and competing demands.
