Employee Relations Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's People Team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex Employee Relations cases effectively.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our client's dynamic organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Team to provide guidance and support on Employee Relations matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing guidance and support to employees and management as needed.
In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance and pension scheme. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in Employee Relations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
