About this Role:

The Employee Relations Manager will oversee all employee relations and case management in the region. This involves implementing effective strategies aligned with business goals and values.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centre of Expertise, and Administrators to ensure compliance with local labour laws and promote a positive culture within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee relation strategies
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee-related issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and case management
  • Strong understanding of local employment legislation
  • Proficient in software such as Microsoft and HRIS D365
  • A track record of high performance and excellent results delivery
