AUTEL Energy - Europe is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's business objectives and goals.

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining positive employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Maintain employee records and perform HR-related tasks
  • Responsible for employee attendance, payroll calculation, and recruitment activities
  • Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
