The Job:

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Hybrid working arrangement in City of London

Estimated Salary: £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests
  • Provide coaching and training to line managers on HR-related topics

Requirements:

  • 4 years' experience in a HR role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualification desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with stakeholders
