As a key member of the Global Employee Relations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting managers and HR leaders in the EMEA region. This position requires strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law procedures, as well as project management experience with HR technologies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in one or more European languages, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
You will be responsible for providing guidance to managers on performance management issues, conducting investigations, and leading planning and execution of performance management, discipline, and terminations. You will also partner with internal and external Legal counsel when necessary and maintain culturally appropriate employee relations policies and procedures.

About the Team
The Global Employee Relations Team is the Center of Excellence for high-touch matters relating to performance management, employee discipline, reductions-in-force, and other involuntary terminations. The team reports to the VP - Employee Relations role in EMEA.
