About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to managers on employee relations issues, including terms and conditions of employment and Trust policies and procedures.

The postholder will work autonomously with minimum supervision and use their initiative to successfully deliver their work to an excellent standard. They will also line manage a Band 5 Employee Relations Advisor.

Main Duties

  • Providing expert advice on employee relations issues
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations cases
