About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at M&C Saatchi Group on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an ER Advisor, you will provide support to our ER Lead and play a key role in managing employee relations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance and support to consulting managers on ER administration, case management, and employment law.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and coordinate ER projects and tasks throughout consultation.
  • Case Management: Responsible for case management, including preparing at-risk letters, consultation invite letters, and outcome letters.
  • Communication: Create PowerPoint presentations for comms decks and consultation meetings, and take notes during formal ER meetings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience as an ER Advisor, with hands-on experience in ER administration, case management, and employment law. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

What You'll Get
