Triumph Consultants Limited is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join their team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance on employee relation issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role within a public sector organisation.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £20.70 per hour (PAYE basis)
  • Location: London
  • Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Role Length: 5-6 months
  • Benefits: Basic DBS disclosure, hybrid working, access to occupational health referrals and absence management tools

About You:

  1. You have a strong background in Employee Relations, with experience advising on ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence.
  2. You are familiar with employment law and best practice, and can maintain and update information on HR Information Systems.
  3. You possess excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent, and can organize occupational health referrals and contribute to absence management.
  4. You have experience organizing and taking minutes at discipline and grievance hearings.
  5. You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.
