About the Role:
This exciting opportunity exists within our busy Employee Relations team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an HR Specialist Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data entry into various systems and spreadsheets. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
