About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Business Partner to join our team as an Employee Relations Lead Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and driving ER strategy across various business units. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, sharp intuition, and comfort navigating ambiguity.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in HR, particularly in Employee Relations. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner.
  2. Conduct and resolve complex investigations of employee complaints, ideally through rebuilding relationships and mediation.
  3. Record and perform analyses on Employee Relations trends and statistics in our case management tool HR Acuity to drive decisions and strategy.
