Employee Relations Lead

Job Title: Employee Relations Lead
A strategic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ER Lead to support employee relations strategy across multiple European regions. This role will involve providing expert guidance to leaders, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This is a hybrid (2 days in office) role located in Central London. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of employment law and practices in the UK and EU is essential, as well as experience working in a similar role.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing ER initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
