Chef de Cuisine: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in Durham. As part of our dedicated catering team, you will be responsible for creating outstanding dishes using the finest ingredients and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Servicing breakfast, lunch, dinner, hospitality, vending, hospitality, and retail.
  • Plan, design, and implement menus that exceed customer expectations and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, stock levels, and wastage.

About You:
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with menu planning software and inventory management systems.
  • Ambitious and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
