Culinary Operations Lead

We're recruiting a seasoned Cook to oversee our catering and service operations in schools across the UK. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals to students and staff
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training and development
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and implement action plans to improve efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and line managers to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of catering experience
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading from the front
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 qualification
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
