About the Role

The Head of Culinary Operations is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional food experiences to our Defence clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and develop a team of chefs to achieve the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative menu concepts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Team Performance: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a senior chef role, preferably within the Defence sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent culinary knowledge, and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation Package

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
