Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers
* Engage with potential customers through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies
* Effectively communicate the value of our online platform, highlighting its benefits and advantages
* Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and determining their suitability as potential customers
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and functionalities of our platform
* Present and develop tailored proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs
* Consult closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and implementation
**Requirements:**
* Proven track record of working in a B2B sales role within the recruitment industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers
* Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
