About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a B2B sales role within the recruitment or HR industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and prospects
- Engage with potential customers through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies
- Effectively communicate the value of our online platform, highlighting its benefits and advantages
- Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and determining their suitability as potential customers
- Present and develop tailored proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs
- Closely consult with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and implementation
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role within the recruitment or HR industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers
- Qualifications: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
