Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential clients through cold calling and lead generation
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS
  • Deliver compelling online demonstrations and regular client meetings to showcase our platform
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Account manage clients to ensure retention and growth

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE in your first year)

Requirements:

  • Proven new business experience
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • Technology, recruitment/HR experience desirable, not essential
