Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage with target companies and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our online platform
  • Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to determine suitability as potential customers
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
