About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Project Solutions team at Randstad UK. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving our continued success by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborative Team Work: Work alongside our delivery team and other Randstad divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
