Care Manager for Residential Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care manager to lead our residential home in Maryport, providing high-quality person-centred care to residents. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a registered care setting, preferably in a residential setting for older adults.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care services that meet statutory and regulatory standards. This includes health and safety management, people management, and financial management.
As a care manager, you will have the ability to motivate and develop your staff team, achieving at least a good CQC inspection rating for the residential home. You will also be able to work in a fast-moving and flexible environment, with advanced knowledge of CQC requirements.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £49,764 - £50,788 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive competitive rates of pay, annual pay increases, and benefits such as 25-31 days holiday, learning and development opportunities, and access to a generous pension scheme.
