Home-Based Care Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Supported Living Worker in Maryport. In this vital role, you will work closely with our customers who require 24/7 support due to learning disabilities and/or autism, providing them with the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or be willing to work towards it, have experience of caring for others, and a flexible approach to meet the unique needs of each customer. They should also be passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the community.
