We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives within their own homes and the local community.

Working in our brand new CQC registered service, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide regulated care, which will include administering medication, providing personal care, and supporting customers with daily living tasks.

You will work closely with our customers to develop their independence and help them achieve their goals and aspirations outlined in their support plans. This may involve assisting with practical daily living tasks, such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and providing support in the community.

As a Care and Support Specialist, you will also be required to attend appointments and support our customers in accessing various services and activities. You will work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
