**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, producing well-developed care plans, and overseeing medicine management on their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Ability to lead a team of care staff
  • Possess excellent communication skills

We offer an excellent salary of £42,465 per annum, based on a 36-hour week at £18.56 per hour. The position is available for both day and night shifts.
