In the role of a Care Companion at Cera, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. As a compassionate and empathetic individual, you will provide personalized care and support to help our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

The salary for this role is approximately £13,500 - £14 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on a 24-hour contract and is subject to change according to local market conditions and internal promotions.

This full-time position involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support services to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, and light housekeeping. Your primary goal will be to promote the well-being and happiness of our clients, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued in their own environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing, and dressing
• Manage medications and administer prescribed treatments
• Cook and prepare hot meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
