New Homes Project Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced New Homes Project Manager to join our team in Kendal or Maryport. This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect balance of office and remote working.

About the Job

  • Work closely with our award-winning team to deliver new-home projects across the North-West region.
  • Manage budgets and expenditure, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Build strong relationships with developers and contractors, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
  • Oversee compliance and design-led quality across all developments.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £42,000-£52,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) plus great benefits including cash health plan.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with two days in our office at Maryport and three days across our development sites and from home.
  • 34 days leave (includes bank holidays and a 'me day' to use whenever you fancy), increasing to 39, the option to buy 5 more, and time off for volunteering too.
