Site Management Professional

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our team on a mixed New Build / Refurb commercial project in the Maryport area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site teams and sub-contractors, ensuring Health & Safety protocols are in place, and coordinating site materials and resources.
The successful candidate will also need to possess relevant qualifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Management Card, and a Trade Background.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the direct site team and sub-contractors
- Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety protocols on site
- Coordinating site materials and resources
- Delivering the project to program
