Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Maryport area, working on a mixed New Build/Refurb commercial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the direct site team and sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, coordinating site materials, and delivering the project to program.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to work with a leading regional contractor, focusing on general building subcontracting projects. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our company by delivering high-quality projects and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the direct site team and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on site.
  3. Coordinate site materials and resources effectively.
  4. Deliver projects to program, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A valid SMSTS certificate.
  2. First Aid certification.
  3. A CSCS Management Card.
  4. A trade background and relevant experience.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
