We're seeking an experienced and skilled Client Services Manager to lead our Supported Living team at Home Group Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care services that meet the needs of our service users.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.

You'll work closely with our existing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that promote person-centred care and improve outcomes for our service users.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

A successful track record of managing teams and implementing change initiatives would be advantageous.
