Waking Nights Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

This is a 24-hour waking nights contract, with the option to work additional hours. You will be supporting four individuals with complex needs, providing person-centred care and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care that is tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their unique lifestyle and preferences.
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
  • Maintain a safe and well-maintained environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
